WELCOME to TRINITY RANCH APPALOOSAS. We are a Christian, family run ranch located in central Illinois. We're dedicated to serving our Lord, and feel that we can accomplish this through the preservation of those qualities that make the Appaloosa so special, and preferred among equestrians. Through diligence-- and Divine Intervention--we feel we're well on our way to accomplishing this. We wanted Appaloosas that not only look good--they certainly have all the chrome!--but horses that have intelligence, athletic ability, and a willingness to please. Thereby trainability, and, most importantly, heart. We feel that we have found those qualities in one place--the SHADO line. Shado horses have distinguished themselves in every equine discipline, and with their pleasing personalities, they're really fun to be around. There have been many truly great sires and dams in equine history, and a good many you'll find in the Shado line. Great horses like Hadar Honey, Roman's Strawman, Wapiti, Prince Plaudit, Bambi E, Sully B, Mansfield Commanche, Sundance 500, and, of course, Hadar Shado--the list goes on! Our Foundation broodmares reflect, and add to this line such greats as Zippo Pine Bar, and Joker B, Cherry Twist, just to name a few. The Hadar Shado son, ALL IN SILVER SHADOS, is in his sixth season of breeding, and is carrying on the Shado tradition of passing on those qualities that made his sire, Hadar Shado, truly great. He's doing this in style, boasting 100% color! It's worth a look at his page! SHADOS SEEING DOUBLE is well on his way to establishing himself as a great stallion, also. Stop by his page, and take a look. Well, take your time, and have a good look around. You'll see a reflection of our love for the Lord, His Majesty, and the joy He has given us through these truly beautiful horses--the Appaloosas. So, sit back, and enjoy your visit.................Mike & Patty Stephens

"...in GOD all things are possible....."
When I say I'm a Christian
When I say ..."I am a Christian"
I'm not shouting "I am saved" I'm whispering "I was lost!"
When I say..."I am a Christian"
I don't speak of this with pride.
I'm confessing that I stumble
and need someone to be my guide.
When I say..."I am a Christian"
I'm not trying to be strong.
I'm professing I'm weak
and pray for strength to carry on.
When I say..."I am a Christian"
I'm not bragging of success.
I'm admitting I have failed
and cannot ever pay the debt.
When I say..."I am a Christian"
I'm not claiming to be perfect my flaws are too visible
but God believes I'm worth it.
When I say..."I am a Christian"
I still feel the sting of pain
I have my share of heartaches
which is why I seek His name.
When I say..."I am a Christian"
I do not wish to judge.
I have no authority.
I only know I'm loved.

"But ask the animals, and they will teach you,
or the birds of the air, and they will tell you,
or speak to the earth, and it will teach you.
Which of all these does not know that the hand
of the Lord has not done this?" Job12:7-9
