You know, when you talk about truly great sires, ones like Hadar Shado or Hadar Honey, one thing they all have in common--- the ability to consistently out-produce themselves by way of their get. All In Silver Shados, we call him Ghost, is quickly proving that he, too, has a place amongst the true greats! Season after season, he consistently produces nothing but quality foals .
I suppose when talking about great sires, you need to at least talk a little about pedigree. If you look at Ghost's, you'll be amazed! Just about everybody who's somebody is there! We call it the SHADO LINE, and it is simply amazing! Of course, it starts with Hadar Shado. He was truly incredible. If you had had an opportunity to have seen him, it would have been a moment to remember, because you would have been looking at a true great. A milestone in history. But his legacy was in his foals, and Ghost is one of them. Out of Hadar Shado X Straw Polka! But it doesn't end there. You have to look on, and believe me, you don't have to look far! Such greats as Hadar Honey, Wapiti, Roman's Strawman, Mansfield Commanche, Sully B, Bambi E, Prince Plaudit, and would you believe, Sundance 500! These are just a few. To look at Ghost's pedigree, and we have it back to the 1800's, is to look at the history of the Appaloosa horse, all the way back to the plains. What an adventure!
Let's talk some about his get. Ghost has produced just about every color, and coat pattern you can think of, and all in living color--that is, 100% color! Consistently, they all have his pleasing personality, and willingness to please! These horses, like Ghost, are just downright fun to be around. Are you looking for leopards? We've had black/whites, red/whites, and few spots. Blankets, you ask; no problem, he's given us quite a few of them, too. I guess, the only thing he hasn't given us is anything solid!

He has yet to disappoint us! Every one of his foals has been a pleasant surprise. The thing about Appaloosas, you just never know what they're going to look like until they hit the ground! Spring is always full of anticipation here at Trinity Ranch Appaloosas! Ghost is truly a gentleman, especially with the ladies. At 16h, approximately 1200lbs.,he's a gentle breeder, and an all around safe horse to work with. We hand breed here, and the last thing I want is an unsafe situation for me, the mare, and of course, for Ghost. With his nice manners, and experience, things go pretty smooth. Ghost won't have it any other way. Stud fee for Ghost is $500.00, Live Foal Guaranteed, or if you choose, $600.00 Live COLORED Foal Guaranteed. Mare care is $6.00 per day dry, $8.00 per day wet. Of course, additional costs, such as shots or vet visits, will be passed on to the mare's owner. Sorry, we don't ship semen.
